The AIR MILES®tm Reward Program is a benefit that is exclusive with Century 21. In addition to all of the other benefits in having us represent you in the sale of your home and/or purchasing another home, we will pay you two air miles per thousand dollars worth of purchase price and/or sale price. As an example, if you list your home with us and it sells for $150,000.00 plus you buy another home through us for 200,000.00 you will be entitled to 300 air miles on the sale and 400 air miles on the purchase. This benefit is exclusively for those who buy and sell through a CENTURY 21 office. If your home is listed with another realtor and we sell it as a seller, you do not qualify for our AIR MILES®tm Reward Program. If you purchase one of our listings through another realtor as a purchaser you do not qualify for our AIR MILES®tm Reward Program.
